It is with a very heavy heart that I write this. Our beautiful super senior girl Bitsy has sadly crossed the rainbow bridge.
Bitsy had been on 2 types of heart medication since arriving at the sanctuary to try and support her little heart. Bitsy started to loose interest in food. We took her to the vet where we leart that her heart was enlarged and failing on both sides. The vet advised us that she was in the last stages of heart failure. With no more they could do to help her, we agreed to let Bitsy go. Run free lovely girl. xx
Dolly...
Our beautiful girl Dolly has sadly crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
Dolly suffered a seizure, then two days later had another one.
Sadly she had a complex condition. Her little heart was failing and she had glaucoma which was inoperable due to her age. We let her go on the vets advice as there was nothing that could be done to help her and she would have suffered if she went on. Run free lovely girl.

14th September 2024 Beautiful Bo has crossed the rainbow bridge.
Sadly her little heart was too unwell to keep going.
We are so glad you were a part of our lives little one.

Weable...
11th May 2024 I'm very sad to say our darling Weable has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Weable came to us some time ago as a stray via the police and was never claimed. We believe he wasn't a stray. In his later years, Weable lost the use of his back legs. He chose to use a dog scooter rather than wheelchair and was happy right to the end. Run free lovely boy.

19th December 2023. It is with a heavy heart that I say we sadly had to say goodbye to our lovey girl Chelsea.
She was such a beautiful little lady,
Run free over the Rainbow Bridge little one. I'm sure you will be able to eat unlimited chicken nuggets every day.

It seems like so long ago you came here with Cookie.

Sadly our lovely girl lost her fight with cancer. She was so brave and did so well for such a long time.

22nd December 2021. Sadly one of the residents at the sanctuary, little Bay crossed the rainbow bridge a few days before Christmas.
She was such a brave little lady and will always be remembered.

Fender...
2nd July 2021. Our beautiful boy Fender has very sadly passed away. We had had Fender in our care longer than any dog.
This lovely boy had been such a good friend to every rescue that came to the sanctuary. Rest in peace little one. We will miss you.
